All of these records</SPAN> have been deposited at the <A style="TEXT-DECORATION: none" href="http://www.westminster.gov.uk/archives/" target=_blank>Westminster Archives</A><SPAN lang=en-gb>.</SPAN></FONT></P> <P align=left><FONT face="Trebuchet MS" color=#000066>Westminster Archives also have rate books and deeds which may reveal who lived <SPAN lang=en-gb>in the parish</SPAN> in the seventeenth<SPAN lang=en-gb>, eighteenth and</SPAN> nineteenth centuries. The bad news is that much of the parish <SPAN lang=en-gb>ha</SPAN>s<SPAN lang=en-gb> since been</SPAN> demolished<SPAN lang=en-gb>.</SPAN></FONT></P> <P align=left><FONT face="Trebuchet MS" color=#000066>Many people contact us asking where their ancestors are buried. Unfortunately, the burial grounds of both St Mary's and St Clement's were cleared at the end of the nineteenth century and the remains taken to <A style="TEXT-DECORATION: none" href="http://www.tbcs.org.uk/" target=_blank>Brookwood cemetery </A>near Woking.
